At Peppermayo, we want you to love your new outfit, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Choose Your Return Method

Select whether you would like a store credit or a direct exchange for a different size, then print your prepaid shipping label.

Pack and Post

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest postal hub.

Receive Your Credit

Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
